DEBIT & credit card services

Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If your ATM/Debit Card or Visa® Platinum Card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at (800) 777-6728.

Also, don't forget to turn your card off in Online or Mobile banking to prevent any unauthorized purchases. 

Turn your Card On & Off

Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Scroll down to Card Management box, or on the right side of the screen if you are in a specific account.
  3. Click the card you want to turn off or on.
  4. If the tab is green, that means your card is on. To turn it off, click the green tab. 
  5. A screen will pop up asking if you are sure. Select "Lock Card".
  6. The tab will now be grey and the account will say "Locked".
  7. To turn it back on, follow the same steps and click the grey tab to it turns green and says "Active".

In the CCF Mobile Banking App:

  1. Log in to Mobile Banking
  2. Scroll to the Card Management box
  3. Turn the selected card off/on 

Request a New Card

Need a new Debit or Credit card in a hurry? Stop by our nearest branch location for a card issued in an instant. If you have a few days to wait, request a new card online. 

Visa® Gift Cards

Need a quick gift? For just the price of your morning coffee, you can purchase Visa® gift cards in any amount at your nearest Cornerstone branch for just a $3 fee.

Visa® Convenience Checks

If you have a Cornerstone Visa® Platinum Business Card, you can get Visa® Convenience Checks at no charge. You can use convenience checks for those times with a credit card is not accepted — paying bills, putting a deposit on a car, etc. You’re only limited by the amount of credit you have available.

Direct Deposit

Automatically receive payroll, tax refunds, pensions, Social Security or other government funds, and bonuses deposited directly to your account. Direct deposit is convenient and allows instant access to your funds as soon as they are deposited. 

To set up direct deposit, provide the two pieces of information below to your employer or the entity responsible for your payments:
  1. CCF Routing Number: 272477429
  2. Your MICR Account number (found at the bottom of your check), or within Online Banking

For your convenience, you may also print this form and provide it to your employer. 

Overdraft Protection

We all make mistakes, so don’t let bad timing put your account in the red. Cornerstone offers several Overdraft Protection options to protect your account.

  • Transfer from Share savings accounts
    • Rainy Day
    • Regular Share
    • Money Market
  • Opt-in to Courtesy Pay (complimentary service that covers transactions that wouldn't otherwise be approved due to insufficient funds).

When it’s time to make your loan payment, Cornerstone wants to make it as easy as possible. That’s why we offer a variety of convenient payment options.

Whether paying with funds from a CCF account or from another financial institution, any member can pay:
  • In person: Pay in person at any of our branches, shared branches, or service centers.
  • By mail: Mail or overnight your check to us, and include your Account Number and Loan ID:

If you’re paying from your CCF member account, you have many convenient options:
  • CCF’s Online Banking: Use Online Banking(Opens in a new Window) to transfer funds to your loan - either as a recurring payment or as needed. Log in to Online Banking or chat with the Member Contact Center to get set up.
  • CCF's Mobile Banking App: Download the CCF Mobile Banking App for quick transfers and loan payments on-the-go.
  • By phone: Contact our eBranch at 800-777-6728 to make a payment over the phone.

To pay with funds from non-CCF accounts

Have an account elsewhere you’d like to use? No problem. You still have plenty of ways to pay:
If you need to make a last-minute payment, you can use a non-CCF debit card through Online Loan Payment service for a fee, or call 800-777-6728 during regular business hours to pay via phone for a fee.

Outgoing Wire Transfers

To complete an outgoing wire transfer, download the Domestic or International Wire Transfer Form and fax to (248) 373-1339. Wires initiated by fax will not be processed until a CCF representative verifies your info, so expect a call from our friendly team. 

Outgoing wires are only available for processing during weekday business hours.

Outgoing Domestic Wires: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Outgoing International Wires: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

To receive an incoming wire transfer we need to make sure the appropriate information is provided to the individual or organization sending the wire to your account at CCF. The best way to do this is by reaching out directly to our team.
