How to start a Conversation in online banking

- Log in to online banking
- In the Messages section, click the Conversation bubble with a + sign
- Type your message, click Send
How to start a Conversation in mobile banking

- Log in to mobile banking
- In the top left corner, tap the 3 lines to access the main menu
- Tap Messages
- Tap the Conversation bubble with the + sign in the upper right-hand corner
- Type your message, tap Send
