Digital Banking

Cornerstone’s mobile and online banking services allow you to add accounts from other credit unions and banks so you can transfer funds to and from other financial institutions. To add a checking or savings account from another credit union or bank, follow these steps:

1. Log in to online banking
2. In the top right corner, click on your initials or profile image to drop down the menu
3. Click Settings from the menu
4. Under Accounts, select Add Account
5. Click the 4^th option – Set Up External Transfer Account
6. For security purposes, Enter/Confirm your password to continue
7. Name your account (ex: Bank Name Savings)
8. Enter the routing number and account number of the other credit union or bank
9. Select the account type – Checking or Savings
10. Click Submit
11. A message will appear: We've sent two small amounts to verify your Savings account. When they arrive in 1-3 business days, you'll need to confirm the amounts.
12. Monitor your account for the 2 small deposits from Cornerstone. Once they arrive, visit Verification Deposits - Online to complete the connection.

2. In the top left corner, click the 3 lines to drop the menu down
3. Click your name at the bottom of the menu
4. Click Settings
5. Under Accounts, select Add Account
6. Click the 3^rd option – Make External Transfers
7. For security purposes, Enter/Confirm your password to continue
8. Name your account (ex: Bank Name Savings)
9. Enter the routing number and account number of the other credit union or bank
10. Select the account type – Checking or Savings
11. Click Submit
12. A message will appear: We've sent two small amounts to verify your Savings account. When they arrive in 1-3 business days, you'll need to confirm the amounts.
13. Monitor your account for the 2 small deposits from Cornerstone. Once they arrive, visit Verification Deposits - Mobile App to complete the connection.

Once you connect another financial institution to your Cornerstone mobile or online banking, Cornerstone sends two small deposits to that account to verify the connection. Once those deposits appear, follow these steps below.

1. Log in to online banking
2. In the top right corner, click on your initials or profile image to drop down the menu
3. Click Settings
4. Click External Transfers
5. Enter the deposit amounts in the boxes, then click Confirm
