Creating Your Digital Banking Profile

You can monitor your accounts, pay your bills, and talk with a Cornerstone team member all without stepping foot into a branch.

Create an Online/Mobile Banking account. 

  1. If you’re using a smartphone or tablet, download the CCF mobile app through your app store by searching “CCF Mobile Banking”.                      If you’re on a laptop or desktop computer, go to and click “Log In” in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  2. On the welcome screen, select “First time user? Enroll Now.” and enter the SSN associated with your new CCF account. (Business account? Enter your EIN.)
  3. Enter your CCF account number, email address, and phone number. This information must match the information given at the time of account opening. If you need assistance retrieving this information, give us a call at (800) 777-6728.
  4. CCF uses 2-step verification as an added security measure. When the “Protect your account with 2-step verification” screen appears, select “Get started” and complete the verification.                                                                                  
  5. Create a username and password. You can view the username and password rules by selecting “Show Rules”.
  6. Click “Done”, then review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  7. If you set up your account on a desktop computer, you will be taken back to the main dashboard. If you set up your account on your mobile phone or tablet, you will need to create a 4-digit passcode and then enable faceID or fingerID (if you wish to do so), depending on your mobile device.
  8. You're all set! Look around and get familiar with your new Cornerstone digital banking dashboard.

Enroll in eStatements.

For your security, eStatements must be activated by you, the member. This helps keep your financial information safe and in the right hands. 

Log in to your online or mobile banking account and on your personal dashboard, select “Documents” from the blue icons. It’s the last icon on the right (swipe left on the mobile app for the icon to appear).

  1. Review and accept the terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions are not accepted, you will continue to receive paper statements and the monthly $2.00 paper statement fee.
  2. Check the “Enroll all accounts” box and click the blue “Enroll” button.

That’s it! You’re enrolled in eStatements! Click the “Documents” icon at any time to access current or past eStatements for any CCF account. These will be updated monthly.

Note: If you select both “Enroll all accounts” and “Continue to review mailed documents” you will receive both eStatements and a paper statement. There is a monthly $2.00 charge for paper statements.
