75 Year Digital "Reimagine Success" Scavenger Hunt:
The Digital “Reimagine Success” Scavenger Hunt (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union (“CCF” or “Sponsor”) in celebration of its 75th anniversary.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that CCF may contact them regarding the Promotion.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CCF, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Participants may enter by locating a hidden icon on the Cornerstone website and completing the associated entry form. There are five (5) hidden icons in total. Participants may submit one (1) entry per icon, for a maximum of five (5) entries during the Promotion Period.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and enter the Promotion. CCF employees, officers, Board of Directors and/or members of their immediate families (spouse, civil union partner, parent, grandparent, child, sibling, and any in-law relationship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where otherwise prohibited by law.
Prizes: Five (5) prizes will be awarded, consisting of $75 each (one prize per icon). Prizes will be deposited into the winner’s Cornerstone account or issued via Visa® gift card, at the Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one prize per person per icon.
Contest Period: February 2, 2026 through February 13, 2026.
Winner Selections: Five (5) winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and notified by phone on Tuesday, February 17, during normal business hours. If a selected winner does not respond by 5 p.m. on February 17, 2026, an alternate winner will be selected on the following business day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each icon. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
Publicity Authorization: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that CCF has the right and permission to use their name, voice, city/state of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or likeness via any and all forms of media for advertising and/or trade and/or other purpose, in perpetuity, without further or additional notice, attribution, permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Prize winners agree that their name and the Prize may be revealed to other Contest participants upon request.
Conditions of Participation: If for any reason the operation or administration of this Promotion is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, (b) tampering or unauthorized intervention, (c) fraud, (d) technical failures, or (e) any other causes beyond the control of CCF which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, CCF reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the applicable Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. CCF reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any person deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process and/or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by CCF to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision of the Official Rules. CCF reserves the right to amend these Official Rules or discontinue the Promotion at any time.
Release and Hold Harmless: By entering the Promotion and/or accepting a Prize, participants agree to hold CCF and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands with respect to (a) any errors that may prevent a person from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (e) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Contest or receipt of a Prize; (f) all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, use of image or likeness and/or breach of any right of privacy; or (g) any other claims or actions of any kind. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes a release by the winner of any and all claims in connection with the administration of the Promotion and the use, misuse or possession of any Prize. CCF is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the Prize.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will CCF or its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind (including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages) arising out of participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
Compliance with Law: All issues and questions concerning the Contest, these Official Rules, the rights of the participants in connection with the Promotion, any dispute arising between CCF and any Promotion participant and/or any dispute concerning the administration of the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan and applicable Federal law. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
Use of Data: All information submitted will be treated according to CCF’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy › Cornerstone Community Financial. By participating in the Promotion and providing your contact information, all persons entering hereby agree to CCF’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have agreed to be bound by CCF’s Privacy Policy.
Consumer Disclosure: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
